The person that break the law will give a warning by public security mechanism, have illegal income, confiscate illegal earning, can be in 5000 yuan of the following amerce to the individual;

• 违法者将由公安机关给予警告，有违法所得的，没收违法所得，对个人可以并处五千元以下的罚款；
