The patients of hoarseness,whose larynx can not be visualized or seen clearly by larygeal mirror,were examined by the fiberoptic laryngoscope,There are 485 cases were analysed.

• 本文对间接喉镜检查声带暴露不清或不能行间接喉镜检查以及间接喉镜检查未发现明显病变的声音嘶哑患者行纤维喉镜检查，并对其中资料较完整的485例临床病例作了分析。
