The patients of group A were treated with LMH(0.4 ml/12 h subcutaneously,7 d),the patients of group B were treated with unfractionated heparin(UFH)(50 mg/12 h subewtaneously,7 d).

• B组 (33例 )溶栓后给予普通肝素 (UFH)腹壁皮下注射 (5 0mg 12h ,连续 7d)。
