The patient was diagnosed paraneoplastic pemphigus(PNP) complicated with chronic lymphoblastic leukemia by clinical, histological and immunopathologic findings.

• 依据病史、组织病理和免疫病理改变,确诊为副肿瘤性天疱疮伴慢性淋巴细胞白血病。
