The patient underwent left radical nephrectomy and resection of adjacent lymph nodes.The pathology report confirmed the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma with metastatic lymphadenopathies.

• 病人之后接受左肾全切除以及周围淋巴腺廓清术，病理报告证实为肾细胞癌合并淋巴腺转移。
