The patient presented poor control of intraocular pressure after maximal tolerated medical therapy and Argon laser trabeculoplasty before she received this procedure.

• 病人为31岁女性，左眼原发隅角开放性青光眼经药物与雷射小梁整型术治疗后效果不显著，故改用非接触式二极体雷射光凝固术治疗。
