The overlying bladder urothelium was colonized by adenocarcinoma in 3 cases.In all 3, urachal remnants were identified and showed transition from benign to adenomatous epithelium.

• 3例膀胱被覆的尿路上皮被腺癌取代，这3例同样也明确有脐尿管残余，其上皮呈良性至腺瘤性的转变。
