The optimal conditions were obtained by central composite designs and response surface analysis as follows: peptone 22.14 g/L, Jerusalem artichoke 117.28mL, (NH4)2HPO43.94 g/L, NaCl5.0 g/L, MgSO40.50 g/L, MnSO40.10 g/L.
