The only way of remedy is :to admit it and then enforce it ,otherwise do not admit it and refuse to enforce it .

• 对国际商事仲裁裁决的惟一的救济办法是：要么承认此项裁决的法律效力并予以执行，要么不承认该裁决的法律效力并拒绝执行。
