The new boro-azocompound,di[3,5-di(2,4-dihydroxyphenylazo)phenyl]boric acid(DPAPBA)has been synthesized by nitrating,reducing and diazotizing 2-aminoethyl-diph-enylborinate combined with resorcinol.
