The necrotizing fasciitis was successfully treated.The patient was discharged and sent home with maintenance antituberculous therapy.

• 藉由抗生素治疗及筋脉切开术等积极处理，病人在一个月后伤口痊愈出院，并维持抗结核病药物治疗。
