The model of focal cerebral ischemia was established by occluding high middlc cere-bral artery(MCAO ),the changcs of somatoevoke potential(SEP)latency were observcd at afferenttimes(Before and 2h,4h after the occlusion).

• 利用“大脑中动脉阻塞模型”，以体感诱发电位（SEPs）潜伏期为指标，观察了大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞前后，及阻塞后2小时、4小时的体感诱发电位各值结果，发现大脑中动脉阻塞后2小时、4小时SEPs的潜伏期明显延长。
