The mechanism of the regulation of mouse hemopoiesis by the conditioned media of the peritoneal macrophage is discussed. Our results show that this supernatant of cultured peritoneal macrophages may contain EPO-like, BPA-like and CSF-GM-like factors.

• 本研究初步探讨了腹腔巨噬细胞培养上清液的造血调控机理,提示腹腔巨噬细胞培养上清液有促红细胞生成素(EPO)、爆式集落刺激活性(BPA)、粒-单核系集落刺激因子(CSF-GM)样活性,LPS可使巨噬细胞培养上清液中EPO、BPA和CSF-GM样活性增强。
