The mdrl expression of 12 initial patients with APL was negtive, the complete remission (CR) rate was 100% (12/12). The mdrl was positive in 3 of 4 relapsed patients of APL (75%).

• 12例初治APL患者mdrl全部阴性，完全缓解（CR）率为100%25，4例复发ALP患者中3例mdrl阳性（75%25）。
