The major results are showed as followings:1. The sequence aligment results showed AtARCA and AGB1 had a high similarity abd identity. Furtheremore, both proteins displayed a similar three-dimensional structure.

• 利用生物软件模拟表明,AtARCA蛋白与AtAGBl蛋白在氨基酸序列与空间三维结构上具有相似性,两者均具有WD-40重复结构。
