The lender shall be entitled to the full Exit Fee should the Property be refinanced by another lender and the Lender provided a refinancing proposal consistent with market terms.

• 倘若有其他贷方利用房产进行再集资并且其建议与市场条件相符，则此贷方有权全额退资。
