The lender shall be entitled to the full Exit Fee if the Property should be refinanced by another lender and the Lender provided a refinancing proposal consistent with market terms.

• 如果资金可以由另一贷方（出借人）再供给，那么贷方（出借人）将有权全额退资，由贷方（出借人）提供一份与市场一致的再供给资金申请。
