The isoenzyme pattern of ascorbate oxidase(AOD),polyphenoloxidase(PPO),superoxidase(SOD),esterase(EST),and peroxidase(POD)from six species of Polygonatum,originated in Dabieshan Mountain in west of Anhui Province,were compared and analyzed by PAGE.
