The innovation of this dissertation was to introduce the BSC to the IT achievements appraisal and bring out efficient achievements appraisal target system. Also the actual function of BSC in informatization achievements appraisal was be listed.

• 本文的创新之处在于将平衡计分卡引入IT绩效评价领域，提出有针对性的评价体系，并对H公司SAP R/3系统实施进行了实地评价，进一步阐述了绩效评价结果和IT平衡记分卡在信息化绩效评价中的作用。
