The external measurement of OFD and BPD in 292 normal fetuses is reported in this article. This result show that the OFD and BPD grow with the growth of fctus,but the growing speed of OFD and BPD slow down gradually with the growth of fetus.

• 经对292例正常胎儿枕额径和双顶径的外测量,结果表明,枕额径和双顶径都随着胎龄的增长而增大,但其生长速度则随着胎龄的增长而逐渐减慢。
