The enantioselectivity of Candida rugosa lipase (CRL)-catalyzed asymmetric interesterification of(R,S)-2-octanol respectively in organic solvent,reverse micelle or ionic liquid was investigated.

• 考察了皱落假丝酵母脂肪酶(CRL)在有机溶剂、反胶束和离子液体中催化(R,S)-2-辛醇不对称酯交换反应的对映选择性,发现反应介质和酰基供体对CRL的对映选择性有显著的影响。
