The effects and adverse reactions were evaluated with Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Clinical Global Impression(CGI)and Teatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)before and after the treatment.

• 用HAMD、CGI、TESS三种量表评定疗效和不良反应。结果米氮平与舍曲林治疗抑郁症的疗效接近,但前者的起效时间快、不良反应少,尤其是对性功能影响更少。
