The effect of concave pool trabeculectomy on 105 patients with pri mary glaucoma was studied . The operation is mainly to excite the isosce les triangle in the middle layer of the sclera under the shallow sclera flap and so do on the trabecula.

• 对105例原发性青光眼施行改良潜池式小梁切除的疗效观察，主要是在浅层巩膜瓣下做一等腰三角形中层巩膜片切除，并与小梁切除、潜池小梁切除对照。
