The dismantler shall, within 15 days after the entry of the entrustment contract, submit this contract to the house dismantlement administrative department for archival purposes.

• 拆迁人应当自拆迁委托合同订立之日起15日内，将拆迁委托合同报房屋拆迁管理部门备案。
