The design of database of DTS is discussed in this paper.The methods of making use of ORACLE and real-time database are proposed and applied in the DTS of Henan power system.

• 摘要讨论电网调度员培训仿真系统（简称DTS）的设计，提出在DTS中应用ORACLE关系数据库的方案及建立实时内存数据库提高速度的措施，取得了理想的运用效果。
