The design idea is that the vidicon get video ,the PCI card of the four video gather video , and the software of the PC code , decode and transport the video.

• 系统采用带有云台的摄像头获取视频，由四路视频采集卡采集视频，然后通过PC机上相应软件实现对视频的压缩、传输、解压缩。
