The decreasing of C3 and C4, the increasing of IgG,IgA,IgM and the positive changes of ANA,APRA,anti-NRNP,anti-dsDNA are all have no specificity for forecasting and diagnosing NPLE. They are common characters of SLE.

• C3、C4水平的降低,IgG、IgA、IgM升高及ANA、APRA、anti-NRNP、anti-dsDNA阳性变化不具有NPLE诊断和预测特异性,是SLE免疫损伤的共有表现;
