The consquence of study indicates:Besides containing Mg,Mn,Zn,adds proper quantity of Ti,B,Zr,Re etc,the metallographic structure of the weld seam can be reformed,and the anti-cracking ability can be greatly improved.

• 结果表明 ,在含 Mg、Mn、Zn的基础上 ,焊丝中添加适量的 Ti、B、Zr、RE等元素 ,可改善焊缝的组织形态 ,大大提高L C9CS超硬铝焊缝的抗热裂性能。
