The complete S1 gene from strain M41 of infectious bronchitis virus(IBV) was amplified by RT-PCR and cloned into the pGEM-T vector.

• 采用RT-PCR扩增出鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)M 41株的全长S1基因,并将其片段连接到pGEM-T载体,经酶切、PCR及序列测定表明,获得的S1基因ORF全长为1 659 bp,与G enB ank上公布的IBV M 41 S1基因序列一致。
