The column, packed with 3% OV-225 on AW-DMCS Chromosorb W (80/100mesh) is used satisfactorily for separating and identifying alditol acetate derivetives of these six sugars(L-fueose, L-arabinose, D-xylose, D-galaetose, D-mennose, D-glucose).
