The changes in BP,HR,RR,SpO 2,the side reactions and the analgesia with anodyne were monitored after pentothal sodium induced asleep,hitting Kirschner wire,sectioning peau and suturing peau,etc. Then the effect and defect of two methods were compared.

• 记录SP诱导入睡后、切开皮肤、打克氏针、缝合皮肤等时点的BP、RR、HR、SpO2 变化及不良反应和辅用镇痛药情况 ,比较两种麻醉方式的麻醉效果。
