The change of serum IL-10 in patients with AP may be used as early accessory diagnosis of AP. The level of serum IL-10 on the 1st day of onset may be used to identify MAP and SAP.

• AP患者血清 IL - 10在发病早期有其变化规律 ,可用于早期辅助诊断 ,尤以发病第 1天血清 IL - 10水平有利于 MAP与 SAP的鉴别。
