The causes of convulsions were considered as intracranial hemorrhage or hypoocalcemicl, if the chronax of the first attack was shorter than 7 days after delivery,and considered as infections if longer than 7 days.

• 7天以内应考虑颅内出血、低钙惊厥，7天以后发病多为感染。
