The carrier shall not be liable loss or damage arising or resulting from defects not discoverable though the carrier has exercised due diligence as aforesaid.

• 承运人对前款规定已经谨慎处理后仍不能发现的由货物本身缺陷所造成的货物灭失或损坏免除责任。
