The bile duct and the pancreatic duct were dilated to some extent in 16 cases of periampullary cancer,in which the tumor of nine cases was hypoechoic and seven isoechoic,the back of two masses aws attenuatied.

• 超声检查 16例壶腹部癌均显示胆管和胰管不同程度扩张 ,肿块呈低回声 9例 ,等回声 7例 ,2例后方有声影。
