The bFGF positive products were on the membrane of the cells in the breast carcinoma, a few in the cytoplasm, and negative for nuclei,but mainly in the cytoplasm and the nuclei in the ductal epithelial hyperplasia of the fibroadenoma and adenosis.

• 1 bFGF阳性产物主要位于乳腺腺病和乳腺纤维腺瘤中的肌上皮细胞、导管上皮细胞的胞浆，部分见于胞核； 但在乳腺癌细胞，bFGF的阳性产物主要位于胞膜，少数位于胞浆，胞核阴性，与良性增生性病变形成鲜明的对照。
