The author determined the mineral and microelements content such as K,Na,Ca,Mg,Al,P,Cu,Zu,Fe,Mn,Co,Se,As,Hg,Pb,Cd,and 17 kinds of amino acid in yak (traditional Zang medicine) with 180/80AAS instrument,amino acid analysis instrument (type:Waters-AAA).

• 采用 1 80 /80AAS仪、WYD - 2型氢化物原子荧光光谱仪以及Wates -AAA型氨基酸分析仪等分别测定了传统藏药牦牛角中的K、Na、Ca、Mg、Al、P、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Co、Se、As、Hg、Pb、Cd等 1 6种矿物质常量、微量元素和 1 7种氨基酸的含量。
