The accurate rate of transvaginal ultrasonographic diagnosis was 93.3% among these cases, 12 patients were treated by suction crettage in hysteroscope, 2 patients were treated by MTX(Methotrexatum), 1 case was managed by abdominouterotomy.

• 12例在宫腔镜下行吸宫终止妊娠 ,2例应用MTX治疗杀灭胚胎 ,药物治愈 ,1例剖腹切开子宫角终止妊娠。
