The CLA oxidative stability, enrichment of glycerides with conjugated linoleic acid via enzymatic method, fractionation of isomers by enzymatic method, body fat reduction and toxicology of CLA were investigated.

 
  • 在此前提下,对共轭亚油酸的氧化稳定性、酶法合成共轭亚油酸甘油脂、酶法分离共轭亚油酸异构体、共轭亚油酸的降脂功能和毒理学等方面进行比较系统的研究,以期为盐地碱蓬共轭亚油酸的应用提供科学依据。
