The Board of Trustees shall be the supreme organ of APRF, while in terms of functioning, the President, approved by the Board, shall be the person in charge of its activities.

• 本院延聘台湾南、北地区知名人士、学者组成董事会，董事会为本院最高权力机构，下设院长、副院长及各所所长等，负责实际院务、所务及研究推广工作之执行。
