Subjects were selected by purposive sampling from the MDP outpatients who were treatedwith lithium for more than one year at a psychiatric hospital in northern Taiwan.

• 本研究采立意取样，自民国84年12月至次年3月期间，针对北部地区某精神专科医院门诊中服用锂盐一年以上之躁郁病患进行结构性会谈，共收集有效样本100位。
