Studies in vitro with chicken embryo kidney cell (CEKC) cultures and tracheal orgsn cultures (TOC)were attempted to assess the pathogenicity of six strains of infectious bronchitis viruses (IBV) (M41, Connecticut, T,Gray, GIBV and NIBV).
