Since 1997, nine patients with laryngeal carcinoma were treated by surgery of total laryngectomy and the voices were reconstructed by Blom--Singer technique. There were 9 males with ranging in age from 44 to 72 years lod.

• 从1997年开始，对9例喉全切除后行发音重建术，其中4例采用Blom－Singer技术，5例在Blom－Singer技术基础上进行改良，即在行气管食管穿刺术的同时，立即装上发音管。
