Seventeen kinds of serum free amino acids (FAA) of 35 healthy persons in endemic area of Keshan disease and 38 patients with Keshan disease were determined and compared with 31 healthy persons in non-endemic area.

• 对克山病病区健康人35例、克山病人38例的17种血清游离氨基酸与蛋白质含量进行了分析,并以非病区健康人31例作对照,发现病区居民血清游离氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸、非必需氨基酸及血清蛋白质显著降低。
