Secrecy Both parties shall not divulge any business secret of each other to a third party. Losses therefrom shall be compensated by the party which divulge the secret.

• 甲乙双方均不能向第三者泄漏对方商业秘密,如因泄密而使对方造成损失,应予赔偿。
