Results:There were 5 cases of malformation of pancreatic head, 6 lymphadenopathy around pancreatic head,7 chronic pancreatitis, 31 pancreatic head cancer. 46 of 49 cases(94%)were accurately diagnosed.

• 结果：49例中，胰头变异5例，胰头周围淋巴结病6例，慢性胰腺炎7例，胰头癌31例。
