Results:The lung and kidney from 3 months embryo fetal were culture with MEM or RPMI 1640 and 20%fetal bovine serum,cellular adhersion and growth were well.

• 结果：经水囊引产的3月大小的胚胎肺及肾，用MEM及1640加上20%25的牛血清，对细胞的贴附及增殖十分有利，细胞生长状态良好。
