Results:Post-operative complications:one adhesional colon obstruction, 2 case wound dehiscence,4 case wound infection,two cases of death from coexisting diseases.

• 结果:52例患者全部经手术治疗,并在围手术期加强对并存病的处理,术后出现粘连性肠梗阻1例,伤口裂开1例,伤口感染4例,2例因并存病导致术后死亡。
