Results:It was found that although there were muscle fibers in the edge of vermilions, but the muscle fibers had ultra structural variations,which most appears in mitochondrions and myofibrils.

• 结果:发现单侧唇裂患者唇红缘内有肌纤维,但有超微结构变异,主要表现为肌原纤维和线粒体的改变,离裂缘越近,变异越明显,传统唇裂修复术形成的疤痕处有少量变异的肌纤维。
