Results:CT scans of 27 patients showed invasion of the puilmonary veins up to its entrance into the left or right superior pulmonary veins,and all tumors extended below the pericardium.

• 27例显示肺静脉侵润，并累及心包膜内，没有左心房内充盈缺损。15例显示左右上肺静脉侵润，所有肿瘤都累及心包膜下。
